Rita Carnevale L.M.T., is a Shamanic Healing Facilitator.
She has worked and studied in the wholistic health field
since 1980. Her background includes an AMTA approved
program in Healing Arts from Dr. Scherer’s Academy of
Natural Healing, certifications in colon hygiene,
reflexology, reiki third degree, and extensive research and
study in mind body spirit medicine. She currently holds
massage licensure in Hawaii and Ohio.
Dance, another lifelong passion, has taken her from
Hawaii to the Caribbean studying an array of afro-centric
folkloric to the social dances of today. She has taught
fundamental Caribbean and Samba dance to a variety of
adult and youth groups. Trained as a Trance Dance
Facilitator with Wilbert Alix in 2001, she leads trance
dances in Hawaii, Ohio, California, and at the Omega
Institute in New York. She is currently teaching Afro-
Cuban folkloric dance with live drummers in Columbus
Ohio.
Her quest for the quintessential healing modality has
brought her to the ancient Incas; the Laika of Peru, where
she continues to study with Alberto Villoldo’s Healing the
Light Body School. Here she has found a perfect way to
bring forward her rich and varied background into
beautiful forms to assist you on your magnificent journey
of discovering your true nature… your destiny of grace.
